Casey Affleck looked great in John Varvatos at the Tribeca Film Festival

Casey Affleck showed up to premiere of "The Killer Inside Me" looking quite handsome with his wife, Summer Phoenix, in tow. Casey was wearing a John Varvatos Collection black slim notch lapel suit, white dress shirt and skinny tie to the premiere at the 2010 Tribeca Film Festival in NYC on April 27th, 2010.

He looked great in his suit and after the premiere partied with Kate Hudson, Jessica Alba, and director Michael Winterbottom.
